Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur – The Municipal Government of Santo Domingo, led by Mayor Annea Cassandra De Leon, distributed foliar fertilizer to farmers from various barangays as part of its continuing commitment to strengthen the municipality’s agricultural sector and support local food production.
The initiative aims to help farmers improve crop productivity, enhance plant health, and lessen the burden of rising farming costs. The distribution is one of the local government’s agricultural assistance programs designed to promote sustainable farming and improve the livelihood of farming families.
In her message, Mayor De Leon emphasized the vital role of farmers in ensuring food security and reaffirmed the municipal government’s commitment to providing meaningful support to the agricultural community.
