THE OFFICIAL WEB PORTAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OFThirteen farmers from Santo Domingo received radios and notebooks under the School-on-the-Air program of the Department of Agriculture–ATI RTC 1, part of the Masagana Rice Industry Development Program.
This three-month program, running from July 1 to September 19, aims to help farmers improve their rice farming practices by giving them access to useful information and learning tools.
Santo Domingo is proud to be one of only four towns in Ilocos Sur chosen for this initiative. Mayor Annea De Leon expresses her strong support for local farmers and agricultural education.
