THE OFFICIAL WEB PORTAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OFIn line with the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month, the Local Government Unit of Santo Domingo, under the leadership of Mayor Annea Cassandra De Leon, successfully conducted a Bloodletting Activity on 18 July 2025 at the Farmer’s Productivity and Training Center in Parada, Santo Domingo.
Spearheaded by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), the event carried the theme “KUMILOS para sa Kahandaan, Kaligtasan, at Katatagan”, emphasizing the vital role of community engagement in disaster preparedness, safety, and resilience. The activity also highlighted the life-saving importance of voluntary blood donation.
The event garnered strong support from LGU employees, barangay officials, uniformed personnel, and local volunteers, resulting in the successful collection of numerous blood units.
